The Juice

Okay, so the battery on my camera died.
And although that may seem like a lame excuse (again) for why I can't stick to my own initiative, it's really not.
And since I vowed to only use the point and shoot, I am forced to wait for it to charge.
(Well, that and my life is so uninspiring on a daily basis that I really have nothing to show you).

But, I'm going to store up ideas and when that battery is charged...well, just wait and see.

Bird Toes

This photo isn't even mine (failed again).
But it is fun and interesting.

It is the bird foot prints from the hundreds of birds we have in the bush right next to our house that sing all day long.
Everyday.
(you would think this would annoy me but it is actually pretty awesome).

Alright.

So I've already failed my blog project.

To be honest, I can't be bothered to force myself to post random boring stuff about my boring days.

So now I've decided that I'm just going to post when there is something worth it.  

Not big things necessarily, just something interesting or noteworthy or fun or cool or worth remembering that happens in the day (I think holding myself to everyday will just produce a bunch of crappy pictures that I don't care about looking at ever again).

And I get that this is contrary to the whole every-day-for-a-year project concept of, you know, forcing creativity to kick start creativity, but my goal isn't to kick start creativity anyway.  

I just want a record of stuff I like.

I apologize in advance for every second post being about my dog but what can I say, I'm head over heels...

Okay, so I get that the 'one photo every day for a year' thing is totally over and overdone. But I'm totally still doing it.
Here it is.

Because my house project is taking all my time, I'm going to really try to just import photos only from my little point and shoot, so don't be expecting super great photography (that you can find here).

It is just about capturing a moment of my life which will only happen once (so witty, I know).
